TPU material is .22mm thick for the goldilocks balance of durability, air retention and lightweight. The perfect tube to pack along as a spare for extra security if you are running tubeless.

I installed these on a gravel bike and the rear tire popped on my first 17 mile ride along casual forest service roads. Front one seems to still be holding air but I don’t have a lot of confidence in them and will most likely be switching to something else or back to tubeless.
Tubes are great.
I have moved away from TLR to running tubes exclusively. I do continue using tubeless ready tires however, mostly Pirelli P Zero, as they are more puncture resistant at the sidewall and tread area even at lower PSI. The tube is a good compromise between the inexpensive but problem prone Ali Express offerings and the branded tubes that are absurdly overpriced. While a few grams heavier these tubes are thicker walled and can be installed in tires from 32 to 45 mil wide so every wheel I own except one. The cons: At this price point one would expect a removable valve core and an option for a 65 to 85mm stems.
